	Richard Lewis, Executive Director Rich Lewis began his senior living career in 2006 at The Oaks of Clearwater Rehab Center. Rich changed careers midlife; going to nursing school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. His previous business experience has included VP Operations in the automotive engine remanufacturing industry and VP of Property Management in real estate investing. After working for two years at The Oaks of Clearwater as an LPN, Rich operated an affiliate property of TJM Properties, Forest Oaks of Spring Hill. Rich has also held the Regional Director of Operations position with other TJM communities in Virginia and Florida. Rich returned to The Oaks of Clearwater in January of 2011 as Executive Director. As a LPN, Rich understands the clinical, caring, and compassionate side of senior living; combined with his strong business background he has the skills of an excellent leader.
	Fran Davis Fran relocated to Florida in 1993 from New York. She began working at the Oaks of Clearwater as a C.N.A for our Skilled Nursing floor. Fran eventually was promoted to the position of Assisted Living Administrator and now currently manages all aspects of the Assisted Living and Memory Care areas of the community. Fran is the mother of 3 boys and 1 girl and while not working she enjoys spending time with her children, sports and gardening.
	Roberta Boyle Roberta or Bert, as her friends at The Oaks know her is the Director of Central Services for the community. She manages the Home Services and Housekeeping, Security and Transportation Departments. She has been with The Oaks for more than 4 years and is a great asset to the team. In her spare time, Bert enjoys boating.
	Brad Smith Brad was born in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Florida for the past 5 years. His background has included over 25 years in radio broadcasting. Brad started his career with TJM Properties in 2009 as Marketing Director at The Grande in Brooksville, FL. In November 2010, he transferred to The Oaks of Clearwater. Brad very much enjoys meeting new people, and helping them to learn about the benefits of retirement living at a beautiful community like The Oaks. Brad and his wife Ludie have 2 daughters, Jennah and Hannah.
	Madeline McCarthy Madeline is the Admissions Director for the Oaks of Clearwater. Her job is to build and foster relationships throughout the community, and to serve as an admissions coordinator for potential residents looking to move into the Oaks of Clearwater. She spends most of her time on the road, traveling between hospitals, retirement communities, and other places in the community building relationships with seniors and other health care professionals. Madeline is a recent graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Human Sciences. She is currently working toward a Master's in Business Administration Health Care Management. In Her spare time she enjoy spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, shopping and going to the beach.
	Alex Xanthakis Alex a Brooklyn, NY native, who attended Pace University and has over 20 years experience in Finance and Administration. Alex worked for The Oaks management, TJM properties for six months as a Financial Analyst. Alex was transferred to the Oaks in March 2011 as the new Controller. In his past life, Alex worked as an accountant for Turner Construction Co in NYC for 8 years and as the director of finance for the United States Tennis Association in Boston, MA for 6 years.
	Kurt Meeks Kurt oversees all aspects of the maintenance and plant operations for The Oaks. He supervises daily work orders, apartment turnovers, capital expenditures and special projects. Kurt has been with The Oaks of Clearwater for 3 years and when not at work he enjoys the beach and fishing.
	Isavel Rodriquez Isavel has been working at the Oaks for 8 years. She has worked for all aspects of the Daily Programming for the residents. She also manages the other activites support team members, Charlotte and Michael, who are a great asset to the quality and active lifestyle of the residents. Isavel started as an Activities Coordinator for The Oaks and has progressively worked her way to our community manager. Isavel was born and raised in Lawrence Mass. Isavel is an animal lover, having 2 dogs, 4 birds and 2 turtles. She has 3 children and has been married now for 17 years.
	Emily Thompson In January of 2011, Emily was promoted to Companion Supervisor and began building our “Caring for Seniors” Companion Services program to be an important business unit here at The Oaks of Clearwater. In September 2011, Emily was named Assistant to The Executive Director and Resident Services Manager for our Independent Residents.
