The Rehabilitation Center at The Oaks of Clearwater specializes in long term care, rehabilitative and therapy services. Our emphasis and continuing goal is to meet each resident's individualized needs while to meet each resident's individualized needs while maximizing their abilities. Our therapy services program is offered seven days per week to give you momentum as you recover from any significant health event. We offer care plans through an interdisciplinary team including the resident, family, physician and staff, creating excellent synergy for great recoveries and overall wellness. Our goal is to provide each person with specific and targeted therapy to assist them to reach their highest physical potential.
