Levels of Care

Independent Care -
We have two styles of Independent living, both Villas and Hi-Rise. Our Villas offer one or two bedroom apartments and are adjacent to the 15-story Hi-Rise community. With beautiful balconies and a terrific view of Clearwater Bay, they are both quiet and secure.

In our Hi-Rise there are several styles of apartments from which to choose, including studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom options. All of our amentities are available under one roof.

Assisted Living and Licensed Nursing Care - Assisted Living is for those who may need assistance with bathing, dressing, medication supervision or grooming.

Skilled Rehabilitation Services - For our Skilled Rehabilitation residence we have a 24 hour skilled nursing services available in a small setting.

Respite Care - Respite care is a short-term stay for an individual needing medical attention while the full time care-giver is given a break. .

Memory Care - Specialized area staffed with trained individuals to meet physical and psychosocial needs of all levels of Alzheimers and Dymentia related illnesses.

Seasonal - 1 and 2 bedroom Villas, month to month lease with all furnished, amentities and utilities.
