Residents who live in independent Villas or Hi-Rise at the Oaks of Clearwater have complete choices in participation of facility services. Amentities are provided to allow for a worry-free lifestyle.

We have two styles of independent living, both Villas and Hi-Rise. Our Villas offer one or two bedroom apartments and are adjacent to the 15-story Hi-Rise community. With beautiful balconies and a terrific view of Clearwater Bay, they are both quiet and secure.

In our Hi-Rise there are several styles of apartments from which to choose, including studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom options. All of our amenities are available under one roof.
