Assisted Living is for those who may need assistance with bathing, dressing, medication supervision or grooming.
Our Assisted Living is just what you need. Our twenty four hour supervised assisted living area offers trained support staff who are available to assist you in medications, bathing, laundry and dressing. Fear of health issues are readily addressed through our Nursing and Resident Assistant personnel.
If the need arises for rehabilitation including physical, occupational or speech therapy, The Oaks of Clearwater provides each person with specific and targeted therapy to assist them to reach their highest physical potential.
Our therapy services program is offered seven days per week. providing the momentum to recover from any significant health event. We offer care plans through an interdisciplinary team including the resident, family, physician and staff, creating an excellent synergy for recovery and overall wellness.
The Oaks of Clearwater is Medicare certified for rehabilitation therapies.
Standard Care
- 24 hour supervision by qualified staff
- Three meals daily - select menu plus daily alternatives
- Between meal snacks and hydration program
- Daily activities and social programs
- Arrangements for local medical appointments within a 10 mile radius, two (2) times weekly
- Medication supervision upon written order by resident's physician
- Daily housekeeping
- Linen service weekly
- Bathing assistance weekly
- Grooming assistance
- Personal hygiene assistance
- Necklace emergency call buttons provided
- Health and wellness program
- Paid utilities including phone and cable
Medication Management
- Supervision with medications
- Refill pill organizers
- Re-order of medications
- Eye drop administration after eye surgeries
Ancillary Services
- Two visiting doctors weekly, preferred home health agency and all therapy services
- Preferred pharmacy services that accept most insurance providers, twice daily delivery
- Beauty Shop
Extended Personal Care
- Personal laundry
three times weekly or more if needed
- Linen service three times weekly or more if needed
- Incontinency care program
- Secure key pad exit
LNS (Limited Nursing Services)
Include but are not limited to:
- Daily Accucheck readings and insulin injections
- Monthly B12 injections
- Post-op follow-up
- First aid/wound care
- TED hose
- Oxygen / Nebulizer
