Independent Living
We have two styles of independent living, both Villas and
Hi-Rise. Our Villas offer one or two bedroom apartments
and are
adjacent to
the 15-story
Hi-Rise
community.
With beautiful
balconies
and a terrific
view of
Clearwater Bay, they are both quiet and secure.
In our Hi-Rise there are several styles of apartments from which to choose, including studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom options. All of our amenities are available under one
roof.
Assisted Living
For those who may need assistance with bathing, dressing, medication supervision or grooming, our Assisted Living is just what you need. Our twenty four hour
supervised assisted living area offers trained support staff
who are available to assist you in medications, bathing,
laundry and dressing. Fear of health issues are readily addressed through our
Nursing and Resident Assistant personnel.
Continue to r eside in a spacious apartment with privacy and security with daily activities and outings to keep you busy and socializing with friends.
If the need arises for rehabilitation including physical, occupational or speech therapy, The Oaks of Clearwater provides each person with specific and
targeted therapy to assist them to reach their highest
physical potential. .
Our therapy services program
is offered seven days per week. providing the momentum to
recover from any significant health event.
We offer care plans through an interdisciplinary team
including the resident, family, physician and staff,
creating an excellent synergy for recovery and
overall wellness.
The Oaks of Clearwater is Medicare certified for rehabilitation therapies.
Nursing Care
For our nursing home residence we have 24 hour skilled nursing services available in a small setting. With Skilled Nursing Care you will receive 24-hour a day attention by staff trained to administer the medical directives outlined by your doctor.
Respite Care
The Oaks of Clearwater also provides respite care. Respite care is a short-term stay for an individual needing medical attention while the full time care-giver is given a break. If you are providing care for your loved one in your home and you find it necessary to take a vacation or tend to business, we will provide the loving care you expect while you are away.
